Just noticed that my husband's name is spelled incorrectly on our I-171H form.
And the age range is wrong too!
We are requesting a boy aged 0-3 and it says 0-24months!
Grrrrr!
I called the USCIS tonight and they said that they will contact my case worker and she'll have to send me a new approval letter.
I would definitely go ahead and send it to Holt with your dossier! Go ahead and get on the waiting list while the corrections are done. Basically that's what we did. We had an approval, just needed an amendment. Holt did let us get on the list while we waited.
